Mel is a Certified Personal Trainer, Private Yoga
Instructor & Certified Reiki Practitioner, she unintentionally became an
early, and passionate, advocate for self-healing. In addition to running
Shakeout, Classye is a Certified Life Coach in training. As an Executive
Transition Life Coach her mission is motive, inspire, and assist those
embarking upon any transition within their life. Together, they are creating an
experience you don't want to miss!
Workshop Schedule
3:00pm: Attendee arrival
3:15pm: Begin opening meditation and breathwork led by
Mel
“Wave breath” - Going back-to-basics. Learn how to
activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore system) by a
simple “3-part breath.”
“Guided Meditation for Inner Conflict” - Deepak Chopra
explained it best when he said, “we are surrounded by external conflict every
day. We should address these directly, and then be aware of what is going on
inside. How we are feeling internally greatly affects how we view and respond
to the outside world.” Join Mel for a step by step guided meditation to
transform inner conflict into peace, light and love.

4:00pm: Surviving and Thriving Through Life Transitions

Everyone goes through transitions in life—whether it’s
the beginning of a new career or life after divorce. Being confronted with
change often leaves people feeling stuck, confused, and frustrated—making it
difficult to see the positive opportunities that may lie ahead. As an Executive
Transition Coach I will walk you through some tools and exercises that will
provide you guidance and clarity as you navigate through the many transitions
you will experience in life!
5:00pm: Guided asana yoga led by Mel (for all levels)
A mindful approach to gentle yoga postures and tension
relieving stretches to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed!
