This event is to create a sense of pleasure having and
being with your body. A feeling of release and relief when moving it, when
playing in the space and when connecting with the music. Along with dancing we
will discuss any possible limiting points of view people may have that keep
them feeling stuck and no free with their bodies. You are free to explore and
to connect and to enjoy or whatever is needed!
