The Urban Eco-Village of San Jose
76 Race St.,
San Jose, California
7:15pm Sound Bath (Natalia Romano-Williams)
8pm to 10pm Ecstatic Dance (DJ Andrew Dannaoui)
Sound Bath: Prepare your body, mind, and soul for Ecstatic Dance by awakening your senses! Enjoy a 30-minute meditative sound healing experience with quartz crystal singing bowls to help attune your subtle energy body. Balance your chakras with the different notes of the bowls and soothe your mind with chimes, rattles, and bells. You can enjoy the Sound Bath in a meditative seated position or by lying down fully reclined. We recommend bringing a pillow or blanket for your comfort.
Ecstatic Dance is a two-hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non-judgmental, safe, heart-centered space. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others.
No booze, no shoes, no talking on the dance floor. There will be dancing outside as well in the garden. Shoes are allowed in the garden.
Before the dance there is a Family Fun Night 4pm-8pm with music and food. All ages are welcome.
