sharing our favorite embodied healing and movement rituals connecting body,
mind and spirit.
We return with presence and love to the sacred redwood
forest of Om Oasis near Aptos, CA for a weekend of shared intentional song,
dance, bodywork, superfood, saunas, herbal medicines, tea ceremonies in the
garden and of course, healing!
