Coulterville, CA
Join us for a memorable day spent in a private 27-acre
Sierra Retreat near Yosemite. Working in nature can be an energizing and
grounding experience as we become attuned to and connect with the land.
We will be doing light physical work putting drainage
provisions for a newly dug pond, in preparation for the winter rains.
Integrated into the day will be group practice of intensive Himalayan Kriya
Yoga physical and breath-work techniques, along with a light hike in nature.
Participants are recommended to stay on a bit longer in the evening to
experience the splendor of the Wilderness Night Sky - on a clear night you can
see the entire Milky streaming across the sky!
Venue is about 2.5 hours’ drive from San Jose and we
would all be returning back in the evening. Detailed instructions would be sent
to registered attendees and we'll try to facilitate a carpool. Registration fee
is a nominal $15 to cover expenses.
Light refreshments during the day and dinner will be
served. Carpool is encouraged. Email us at IntensiveChakraMeditation@gmail.com
and we'll be happy to share a few pictures of the amazing little paradise that
this venue is.
