February 22 - 24, 2018 (Thursday – Saturday)
Ratna Ling Retreat Center
35755 Hauser Bridge Road
Cazadero, CA 95421
Gentle, relaxing, body-centered meditation for both new
and experienced meditators.
During this quiet, nourishing retreat, we will use gentle
Chi Kung, Yoga, and Essential Movement to awaken the body so that we can settle
into an open, spacious mindfulness practice.
Easy-to-understand guidance will help new meditators find
ease in their practice, while experienced meditators will find deep support in
the carefully held space.
The retreat will include periods of complete silence, as
well as contemplative discussions of our individual meditation experience. We
find that discussing the specifics of our experience clarifies the practice and
reduces confusion.
Ratna Ling offers balanced, mostly organic, vegetarian
meals with vegan and wheat-free options. As wellness educators, Shari and Tobin
have asked Ratna Ling to create a special menu just for our retreat, based on
our own guidelines. This includes protein-centered meals and proper food
combinations.
