Join us in the intimate backstage at East West for 90
minutes of sound healing music as you are surrounded by the sacred sounds of
flute, crystal bowls, and drums in the intimate setting of the East West
backstage. David DiLullo hosts this evening along with Soul Tones (Crystal
Bowls) and Marina Nadir (Native American Flute). This is a perfect environment
for deep relaxation and restoration for the brain and body, allowing you to
achieve an optimal state for stress-reduction, healing and spiritual insight.
Space is limited to 75. No yoga mat needed. Chair seating
only. Comfortable leg room will be provided. There are plenty of great
restaurants in the area on Castro Street.
