Many great artistic and scientific inventions have come
through dreams such as the composition of sonatas, operas, and symphonies; Paul
McCartney's song "Yesterday,” discovery of insulin and the Benzene ring
and many others. This seminar does not guarantee that you will dream about
something that will win you a Nobel Prize (as did Otto Loewi who had a key
neuroscience insight in a dream). However, you will learn about the power and
potential of working with your dreams.
This 2-hour insightful seminar addresses two
major extraordinary dreams:
Lucid Dreaming (awareness in sleep) and Creative Problem Solving.
