The 3nd Annual Berkeley Shakedown Street Festival Sept
17th and 18th in Downtown Berkeley, California! On September 17th and 18th,
2016 we honor The Grateful Dead and the 50+ years of music that has inspired
generations. Berkeley Shakedown Street Festival welcomes fellow Deadheads far
and wide to come down, find a spot in the grass, dance a little and enjoy two
full days of Grateful music.
In addition to the music, our friendly volunteers will be
serving Lagunitas Brewery on tap. A select
variety of food vendors will have non-alcoholic beverages available along with
veg and non-veg options. Our Grateful Arts & Crafts Village will have
handmade arts, apparel, glass art, jewelry, healing arts, antiques, patches,
pins, batik, tie dyes and much, much more! More than 30+ vendors are
expected!!!
Shakedown Street Festival is in the heart of Berkeley,
surrounded by a vibrant community of artists and freethinkers. A short walk
from the beautiful UC Berkeley Campus, Downtown Berkeley BART, Telegraph Avenue
and The Gourmet Ghetto - The Berkeley Shakedown Street Festival is a weekend
destination and an experience not to be missed!
