Mindful Drumming is a transformative learning process
that offers individuals opportunities to heal ancient wounding, to forgive
through the nonverbal process of rhythm and sound and to experience the natural
richness that diversity brings. It is an art form that facilitates building
relationships and synergisticaly builds community. Issues can be address in a
communal manner through the art of synchonistic drumming. In a primal way,
drumming brings us into rhythm with one another, our community and our planet.
Participants will utilize the twin concepts of rhythm and sound as a way of
raising awareness, practicing the art of listening and raising our
consciousness for a rich experience of joy and peace.
There will be drums available. Participants who sign up
for the workshop will receive a copy of Kokomon's Book after their
participation in the workshop.
