Inviting all Mindfulness students to attend this 'Mini
Meditation Retreat' at the Sai Temple to deepen their Meditation practice.
This retreat offers unique opportunity to practice
meditation in a peaceful environment with guidance from an experienced
Mindfulness practitioner and instructor.
Requirements:
1. Silence
is observed during the entire retreat.

clothing (Yoga/stretch pants)

phones allowed during the entire retreat.
7. Prior
meditation experience is preferred, but not required. Guidance will be provided
to all participants.
