spirit. Emerge restored, renewed, rejuvenated.
The practice of restorative yoga is truly a surrender to
the truths within ourselves. Through long held supported poses, with darkness,
warmth and quiet, the senses retreat and we move into a state between sleep and
meditation that allows our bodies and spirits to renew, repair, and heal.
Silence, especially, is a key element that enables us to have an authentic,
self-generated experience of release and healing.
This Winter New Years Day practice is a special workshop
offered by David Kresner, with no other sensory distractions. You will spend
three hours allowing your body, mind and spirit the opportunity to reveal that
place of quiet within yourself and settle into this part of your nature.
