June 2 - 4, 2017 (Friday – Sunday)
1440 Multiversity
800 Bethany Dr,
Scotts Valley, California 95066
Reconnect with your body, mind, heart, and purpose
through a sacred practice of vinyasa flow yoga with internationally celebrated
teacher and activist Seane Corn. This weekend will allow you the time and space
to go inside, release built-up tension, listen deeply, and explore the subtle
physical and spiritual energies that are connected to your unique
self-expression.
In her signature inspirational style that incorporates
the physical and mystical aspects of yoga, Seane will teach you how the tools
of yoga provide an anchor for healing limited beliefs, destructive patterns,
and self-sabotaging addictions. You will experience yoga, meditation,
reflection, discussion, prayer, and emotional processing and:
-Engage in the practices of yoga with a deep commitment
to the inner journey of spirit, compassion, and courage
-Articulate the complexities of the human experience and
the beauty of the soul’s journey
-Use yoga, chakra theory, and shadow work to interpret
the struggles of mind and body and turn them into wisdom and understanding
-Speak from your heart as a way to inspire, inform, and
motivate your world.
With Seane’s guidance, you will explore how to invite the
sacred into the body-and-mind experience, incorporate ritual into your life,
read your energy body in new ways, and translate what you feel into symbolic
themes. You will return home connected to deep wisdom, clarity, and insight,
and with renewed reverence for your life.
Cost: $350 (accommodation extra)
