Join certified nutrition consultant and yoga instructor,
Elaine Oyang, to break free from winter hibernation, shed old layers, and
welcome a new cycle of life - in nature and in yourself. In this workshop, we
will explore seasonal nutrition and yoga sequences for Spring that decongest
and re-energize the body.
You will learn:
- Why diet and lifestyle should be adjusted seasonally
- How nature provides the appropriate foods for
detoxification and decongestion in the Spring
- Specific yoga poses suitable for Spring to increase
blood and lymphatic circulation
- Meal plan and goal-setting tools to incorporate new
habits into your lifestyle
We will practice gentle asana so please bring a mat and
wear comfortable clothes. Complete the workshop with a customized yoga
sequence, a sample meal plan for the Spring, and a deeper connection with
Nature.
