What Will the Class Consist of?
Each class is different depending on whether there are
new students and/or returning students. For new students, you will learn a few
simple and powerful meditation techniques that you can start using them right
away after this class. We will also practice these meditation techniques in
class. For returning students, you will learn a new topic in each class related
to meditation and mindfulness practice. There will also be time for questions
and answers.
Cost: General: $10; Students: $5.
