"Knowing how to be solitary is central to the art
of loving. When we can be alone, we can be with others without using them as a
means of escape” - bell hooks
Is there something foundationally missing in your life if
you are not in an intimate relationship? How can we cultivate equanimity, and
self-love, when we are single – not by our own choice? In this half-day
workshop, we will use movement, meditation, and sharing to explore the
relationships, conditions, and environments that affect our most important
relationship ...the one with ourselves.
All singles, including beginners in meditation, are
welcome!
