Belly dance is an ancient dance form used by women during
birth. The workshop includes instruction in basic moves that are particularly
helpful to relieve common discomforts of pregnancy and to aid women in labor.
This workshop is supportive and celebratory! No dance experience necessary!
Cost: $30 online, $35 at the door.
