Drop in for this sensory augmentation experience. Discover
your boundaries and your bodily awareness within a safe experiential container.
Tools: Blindfolds. Socks.
Rules: No seeing, no talking, just feeling and breathing.
Cultivate Body centric awareness.
Shut down the mental ignition.
And go for the sensory response engine.
Slow down to a crawl.
Discover what comes up for you.
Drop the heady, and uncover the instinct.
Less input, more attunement
We will be using blindfolds to shut down the mind’s grasp
over ego and control and invite you to feel your environment using your body’s
natural wisdom
Ask yourself: Without sight, where would you go? How
would you move?
Along with blindfolds, we will also be navigating the
space with socks over the hands, thus encouraging everyone to interact but
diminish the risk of any “grabby” or “gropey” behavior.
Ask yourself: Without the hand or eye to coordinate, how
would you experience sensation and your environment?
The experience: How do you interact with other humans
blindfolded with socks on their hands? How do you interact, call and response,
with people without using words?
Curious?
Come find out!
Facilitators: Tiffany Lin and Patience Anaya
