Expansive Voice is excited to invite you to join us as
Luminary, Cecelia of London Tea Club, leads an intimate group through a tea
meditation, where we will enjoy multiple infusions of an exquisite tea, that
will be conducted in Noble Silence to create a mindful environment around the
taste, smell, and process of drinking tea. We will complete the afternoon with
an opportunity for sharing and reflection with the group.
Wind down your weekend and set an intention for the week
ahead with this Sunday afternoon practice. Come with patience, curiosity and an
open heart.
