Stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, confusion, ..... all
feelings that are a normal part of riding the waves of life. Yet what would it
feel like if you could alleviate or prevent these feelings from dominating your
life? How would you choose to feel instead?
Our society views the act of generous self-love and
self-care as selfish, when in actuality this is one of the most courageous acts
we can take. When we care deeply for our own soul, mind, body and spirit, we
are grounded to more freely open our hearts and spread love to others in our
lives. Play, connection, and movement all impact and play a vital part in how
we care for ourselves. You can generate more positive desired
feelings through an intentional practice of courageously loving yourself.
Come explore how to deepen your self-care practices, by
incorporating your individualized needs into your daily life, through
reflective journaling, brainstorming, creative visualization, and sharing of
tips and strategies within a conscious supportive community.
What you can expect:
* a chance to reflect on what self-care and self-love
means to you personally
* evaluate which areas of your self-care and well-being
routine need attention
* shift perspective and gain tips and strategies for your
self-care routine
* begin to map out and develop steps towards a (new)
loving, manageable and sustainable self-care plan for you.
