In honor of International Yoga day, the MA Center is
hosting a summer day camp for adults and children over age 10 to experience the
joy of yoga and practice the Amrita Yoga technique. We'll have special
activities and modifications to the yoga practice for kids and seniors.
Supervised children's activities will be provided for kids ages 5 to 9.
Schedule for the day:
Amrita Yoga practice Gentle all ages/chair/modifications
IAM® Meditation Group practice for adults, youths, and
NEW seniors
Lunch & Chai: $8 for adults/$5 for kids at the door
Nature Walk - An Elemental Journey
Seva/craft projects related to yoga
Yoga Reflection Circles with all ages and ending prayers
**Please arrive by 9:30 AM to find a place and settle in,
so that we can begin the yoga practice promptly at 10 AM.
