Love
Yourself Day is Inspired by our ancestors. After a WuDang West Tai Ji class,
the idea sparked that the answer is always love. We chose to honor Bob Marley,
since this love day manifested to fall on his birthday and he promoted love
across the world.
What
the world needs now is love, sweet love, so West Wind Artists, WuDang West
& friends have joined forces! We are offering a day of massage, qi gong,
Chinese medicine, consultations, kung fu photo shoot, prizes, and a live Bob
Marley birthday tribute by local Bay Area artists Shami Bey & The Charm!
Djing by Dj Oracle Selassie. Veggie sushi by Roots Lounge; sake, tea &
great eats on the menu. Limited capacity for an intimate gathering.
