that is needed is an open heart and a willingness to explore one of lifes most
treasured experiences.......LOVE!

come dressed in whatever outfit helps you embody the different shades of LOVE.
Feathers, fur, flowers, hearts, glitter, red, pink........lace, leopard,
leather....be yourself, BE LOVE!
Incredibly
complex and yet readily accessible to all, the 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement
practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will
heal itself.
