Body
Soul Ritual is an experience and a practice with music, meditation and
movement, designed to amplify women's natural radiance and creative power.
What
to expect:
We
start by gathering for conversation and connection in the tea house. When the
doors close, the ritual begins, with guided meditation, yoga, live performance
art, storytelling, self-reflection or other experiences intentionally designed
to bring you closer to yourself, other women and the divine.
Then
we clear the floor, turn the music up and the lights down to make space for our
epic dance parties. A diverse and modern playlist guides you to release stress,
feel alive in your body and sense your soul. We end with a meditative
soundscape and closing ritual to integrate the practice into the week ahead.
You
will be sure to leave with more confidence, energy, inspiration and real connections.
