“Energy is our most precious resource, for it is the means by which we
transform our creative potential into meaningful action.” -Tarthang Tulku
This day-long retreat is an invitation to take a sacred
pause as we transition into the New Year… to bring possibility and
transformation to our lives in 2017. This is a radically fresh approach to New
Year’s “resolutions” that is not about self-improvement. Instead, it is about
self-acceptance, conscious choice, and a celebration of who we really are. This
is both an opportunity to deepen in the practice of meditation and mindfulness
and to align your energy with your deepest intentions for the year ahead. We
will harvest the lessons of 2017; release limiting beliefs, connect with our
deepest intentions, and vision for the year ahead.
Awake in the New Year involves: meditation, mindful
inquiry, writing, and a dharma talk.
If you want to transition into the New Year with clarity,
presence, and authentic power, this retreat is not to be missed.
Open to all.
