Santa Cruz Hoop Dance monthly spin jam is a fun, lightly
facilitated session full of improvisation, growth, and play. The potential here
is to ignite something more potent, more magnetic, more...festive...than that
which we can create as individuals. We are raising the energy for ourselves and
each other. We gather in this way to move our bodies, to share the flow, the
heArt, and to know we are supported. To know we have Community. Come Unity.
