The latest entry in the self-help revolution, the cuddle
party is a way "for adults to get together and explore affectionate touch
and communication without it becoming sexualized
In this meeting, we will do more exercises (exploring how
to move energy to upper chakras, to leave longer…). We will switch more during
our hug train exercise to observe energy shifts, and most importantly, we will
aim to have better gender balance, by moving people and couples in from the
waiting list. Also, people love foot massage exchange, and it will be on the
plate again. Participation in all exercises is optional, you can stay as simply
observer, if you wish.
Cost: $25 for man, $15 for woman, and $30 couples (snack
provided)
