Do you want to feel more freedom in your body? Are you
longing for more community? Are you ready to break free from limiting beliefs
about yourself?
Join us for an evening of Ecstatic Dance!
Together we'll create a safe and sacred space, and
journey into our deepest selves through movement and sound. The evening will
begin with an opening circle, to set the container and our intentions, and will
then be followed by a gently guided organic movement class led by Lucia to drop
us into the body, and into the space with each other. The dance floor will then
be opened up for free form Ecstatic Dance with Bay Area DJ PulZar who will take
us on a sonic journey. We’ll close with a beautiful crystal bowl sound healing
to awaken a sense of deep peace within.
The proceeds from this event will go toward the Purusha
Seva Project. Thank you for your support in helping our wider circles of
community thrive in 2020!
About Ecstatic Dance:
Our only guidelines are to please honor that is it a
shoe, conversation and substance free space, and that everyone respects their
own well-being and that of others. We look forward to sharing this magical
evening with you!!
Doors close at 8:15 pm
All proceeds will benefit the Purusha Seva Project and
help us to bring yoga to underserved and at-risk populations. Receipts for your
tax-deductible donations will be available at the front desk.
