Inner Sounds Meditation offers extended sound
"bath" immersions designed to create the deepest relaxation possible
through an intimate experience with limited participants in interesting,
unusual spaces.
The theme of this immersion is ~ NESTING ~ to get cozy in
this beautiful, sculptural nest-like space complete with HEATED floors.
Lay down and be snuggled by a cocoon of sound and
relaxation and heated floors. For most of us, Winter is our busiest season,
filled to the brim with activities and events. As a season, though, it is
quiet, still, empty and spacious.
Our bodies naturally yearn to slow down and for less
activity. The holiday culture asks the opposite and when we comply without
making time for restoration we end up catching the flu or collapsing in January
after a dizzying December.
Holidays are complex and emotional time and there is hardly
any time or space to feel the true emotions that are present. In an effort to
be cheerful, we often bypass or overlook sadness for those that are missing
from our lives, or frustration around the family unit and how it operates or
doesn't operate. This sound meditation is meant to be a nest, a cozy place for
all your emotions and feelings to surface and rest.
Create a snuggly place for your emotions and align with
