The Burning Bowl ceremony is an inspirational ritual to
release the past, or anything that might be holding you back from living and
creating in your highest state possible.
Why do it at this time of year?
The significance of the year end gives us more
willingness to let go of something in our lives – from negative habits,
unhealthy relatioships, a worn out mindset or pattern of belief. It’s the time
to leave it behind and get ready to start afresh.
Reasons to Perform a Burning Ceremony
This simple ritual of the Burning Bowl aims to cleanse
and release any unhealthy inner patterns in consciousness, or any situation that
has caused regret, shame, anger or stress. This could be stemming from
relationships that have caused pain, an unsatisfying job, negative energy, an
unhealthy mindset, or a negative thought process.
The Process
Our process will include a powerful meditation and
reflection to prepare your heart and mind to identify what wants to be released
in the Burning Bowl. You are asked to bring a journal or notebook to write your
reflections as you prepare for the actual the burning.
The Burning Bowl ritual will take place individually
outside as one by one you place your handwritten paper in the fire and release
that which no longer serves you.

Your Personal Year with Sally Faubion
After everyone has completed the burning process we will
have a very special session with numerologist Sally Faubion. Sally will offer
her insight and wisdom to each one of you based on your date of birth. This
will be a small aspect of what you can expect as you move into 2019.
