I've attended dozens of workshops and classes to heal myself and have learned so much. One thing I have learned boils down to this statement: "TO LOVE and BE LOVED."

Based on my healing experiences, we cannot truly love when unprocessed emotions are stuck in our bodies. This is a forceful way of taking something out of it when it is not ready to be expressed.
We will dive into those stuck places and express the unprocessed emotions out of our body. We will release them, physically, emotionally, and energetically in a trusted and safe environment. Then we will add new programs to connect you with your divine true self and best version of you, and embody them through play, movement, breathwork, sound healing, and body language.
