exhilarating and liberating approach to the exploration of improvised movement
and authentic self.
This journey is centered around healing, opening,
expanding and connecting to the heart as a source of power so you may be a
force of love in the world.
Through the guided meditation, shamanic journey work and
rhymes of Rebirthing Reverberation drumming techniques and Tibetan overtorning
throat singing, you’ll be guided to touch upon the depths of your own heart, as
well as, the heart beat in all things. We will travel to and drink in the
essence of cacao to open and activate our hearts further. And then dive into
inquiry with the heart, discovering what our heart is asking for and what it
seeks to offer to the world.
