Spirit X is Anandamali’s teaching that blends the best
from wisdom traditions (meditation, contemplation, awakening, reverence for
nature, etc.) with the best from the legacies of the modern world (science,
technology, philosophy, culture, etc.) and contains various modules.
In this retreat practices and modules include: silence,
meditation, satsang, healing, communing with nature (redwoods, ocean), relating
to others and neurofeedback.
The retreat will be held at beautiful Mount Madonna
Center (www.mountmadonna.org), a spiritual retreat center nestled in the
redwood forest of the Santa Cruz mountains, overlooking Monterey Bay,
California. We will stay in the seminar house, a retreat house specially design
to support deep spiritual practice.
