Being Danced is a vehicle for embodying presence and
playfulness and a unique conscious dance experience with an artistic slant. The
class is a hybrid of Ecstatic Dance and improvisational movement as an
awareness building practice. We work together as an ensemble with an eye open
for creating spontaneous composition, group mind awareness, and an overall
celebration of playfulness. Then transition into an open score with a wave of
music. Co-creating an alive response to our togetherness, using the tools and
scores learned.
