Edgewood Park and Natural Preserve rests in San Mateo
County, California. The sweeping hillsides exemplify the true native flora of
California, as the foundation of rock and soil is poor in nutrients. Only a few
specialized native plants are adapted to live here--don't miss the unique
wildflower bloom in spring. The oak trees dapple the hills with deep green,
making for a classically Californian landscape.🌻
Our Trail:
Spring Wild Flowers Walk
Take a moderate 3-mile walk to explore the stunning
spring wildflowers with docents from Friends of Edgewood.
We did it at the beginning of Spring season & it was
just amazing!
We can't wait to see these beautiful landscapes full of
flowers & enjoy all the stories of each of them by our special guide who is
an expert of it.
Includes:
- A guided beautiful hike
- Three different guided hikes (energetic 3 miles,
standard 2 miles, and beginners to the top and back)
- UD Private Hike
- Charming UD host
- Some trail snacks. (BRING YOUR OWN WATER!)
