Ecstatic Dance San Jose will host a conscious dance
experience with live DJ Audionai (Adionai)
7:30pm-8pm Yoga with Meesh

Audionai (Adionai) is a DJ, Musician, and Workshop
Facilitator dancing his way through Ecstatic Dances and Festivals along the
West Coast, as well as as serving as resident DJ of the East Bay’s New Paradigm
Party series which he helps to co-create. Rooted in a lifestyle that integrates
music and movement as essential spiritual practices, he incorporates personal
hand-drumming as well live vocals into his sets with a style that holds space
for today's global convergence through a gentle, yet deep earthy drive. With a
mission to ground the collective soul, Adionai see’s the dancing container as a
ceremonial space through which transformation by authentic feeling and freedom
guide the way into the embodied lifestyle that unifies all beings into their
fullest expression on this dance-floor called Earth.
**Yoga with Meesh AKA Michelle Tsakiridis:
Michelle’s class
is offered to all levels and includes a combination of asanas, pranayama and
yoga philosophy in order to shed whatever stands in your way of being in full
alignment and authenticity. She hopes you take your positive energy off the mat
and into your dance to share with our community.
Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live
DJ in a non judgmental, safe, heart-centered space. There are no steps to
learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others. No booze, no
talking on the dance floor. We finish with a closing community circle. We plan
to have pre-dance yoga and movement classes, to be announced.
Cost: $20 at the door
