Can mindfulness and meditation help you become happier,
healthier and smarter? Researchers are finding positive effects on the brain
function as a result of consistent meditative practices. Additional benefits
include stress reduction, lower blood pressure, increased productivity, and
improved communication.
Come join SV Wellness for an intimate event in the brand
new temple. Masha will play the sound bowl and guide a healing meditation. Then
we will mediate in silence for 20 minutes.
MEDITATION STARTS PROMPTLY AT 8PM. Please be mindful and
not disturb the meditation once it begins.
