movement. Luminary, Kelly, will guide you through a meditation focused on
connecting with the body to recognize energy blockages and clearing them. Your
meditation will prepare you for an intentional movement flow with Nicolette,
designed to use movement as a way to release your body from unwanted energies
and blockages that may be weighing you and your spirit down.
