This workshop combines lecture, gentle asana practice and
pranayama to help women of all ages to better understand perimenopause and
menopause.
We will examine physiological and emotional changes that
often occur during this life transition. In addition, we'll explore ways to
support ourselves to prevent and reduce potential symptoms, including hot
flashes, depression, anxiety, insomnia, mental fog, headaches, pelvic
instability, sexual changes and incontinence.
No previous yoga experience necessary.
