Moving,
breathing, connecting with community outdoors…what could be a better way to
start your Saturday off? This will be a re-occurring event throughout the
summer on various dates. We already had a great kick-off last Saturday for the
Solstice!
We will warm up the body through vinyasa flow yoga, movement and sound while enjoying sweet live music by special guests. Then we will enjoy food sharing, hanging out and maybe have a spontaneous dance party :)

Schedule:
10-11am – YOGA/Body of Sound W/LIVE MUSIC
11-11:30am – FOOD SHARING/HANGING OUT (stay longer or check out the Lake Merritt farmers market after :)
Please bring: A snack or drink to share, a yoga mat, and LAYERS. We will be in the redwood grove on the hill above the bandstand behind Fairy Land (there is a mix of sun and shade). If you go to the bandstand/gazebo, look to the water/sandy beach area and then up to the right where the redwoods are.
