The Santa Cruz Sound Healing tribe joins together monthly
to share the healing sound vibrations of Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing
Bowls, Didgeridoos, Native Flutes & a variety of other instruments with the
community. Guests will lay down in savasana as the vibrations fill the room
& bathe us in sacred sound. These sounds can help guide us into a deep
meditation as the vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages &
allowing our minds to quiet. The physiological impact of sound on the body,
emotions & cognition is apparent. Bathing in these waves of sound
vibrations we can experience an inner calm & deep relaxation.
Please bring a mat, pillow & blanket for your
comfort.
