Conscious San Jose wraps up an amazing 2017 with a
celebration of the bright light within us all! Join us for an elevating evening
of yoga, music, dance, and compassionate connection. Our intention is a fun and
welcoming space where we can all move and be free, find authenticity, and
celebrate our Selves and our commUnity!
This will be the last Glow Flow of the year, and we are
so excited to get to take our practice into the inspiring creative hub that is
Local Color!
7:30PM: All levels Vinyasa Flow with Mark Quijano x Live
DJ AJ Orbit
9-11PM: Community Time! Dance, Art, Tea Lounge, Tarot,
Local Vendors, Acro-Yoga, Healing Spaces. Featuring Dance Performances by local
dance studio @the Get Down & an Community Hip-Hop Dance class & DJ led
by @Groov3
Bring blankets, sleeping bags, jackets, unworn socks and
underwear for folks living on the street.
This gathering of healing movement and human connection
is open to all! We are excited to be bringing together yoga and dance
communities in SJ, however no yoga or dance experience is necessary to enjoy
yourself. This is a judgement free zone <3
This event is open to all-ages, offered on sliding-scale
so all can have access! Please donate the suggested or sponsor if you can, and
leave the scholarships if you are truly in need. We encourage humans of all
ages, sizes, backgrounds, gender identifications, abilities, and experience
levels to join us.
