A gigantic dance party happening in dozens of cities
around the world? Heck yes. Come on out on Saturday, July 18-th to experience
the magic.
** What is the Global Float? **
A floating dance party is when a group of people download
an epic 90-minute mix, meet up, put on headphones, press play at the same time,
and dance around the city together. It's an amazing, synchronous, goofy,
loud-on-the-inside, silent-on-the-outside hour-and-a-half of joy. For the
fourth year in a row, the Global Float is happening in dozens of cities around
the world, one after another.
We'll send out the music a few days before the event.

** Principles **
The Float is intended to be driven by joyful
participation and expression. We welcome everyone! When was the last time you
used your phone to participate in a single event with people all around the
world? When was the last time you saw your city or town through new eyes by
dancing through its streets?
