How sound affects us physically, mentally, emotionally
and spiritually with many heart opening meditations.
You will learn advanced techniques for using the voice
and playing crystal bowls (Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® by Crystal
Tones®). We will also practice doing treatments on yourself and each other.
You will learn basic concepts of healing based on Sound,
Music and Vibration. This includes releasing stuck emotions, and doing
brainwave entrainment with rhythms.
You will also learn how to access higher consciousness
with sound. We will do exercises to access Universal Love and Oneness with
sound.
But most importantly, we will do many heart opening sound
meditations using crystal bowls and the voice.
