The G-Fest women retreat 2023 in Mount Shasta promises to be
a unique and transformative experience, where women can connect deeply with
themselves, each other, and nature. Located in Northern California, Mount
Shasta is a majestic mountain known for its spiritual significance and natural
beauty.
You will have the opportunity to experience transformative
workshops with heart- centered facilitators that will accelerate you on your
path, clear obstacles and empower you to step into your next phase of
evolution. At G-Fest, you will encounter a community of like hearted women,
create lasting connections, feel uplifted, supported, energized and renewed.
The retreat will feature a diverse range of workshops and
sessions, including yoga, meditation, dance, and artistic activities.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore their creativity through
painting, writing, and other forms of self-expression. They will also have the
chance to learn new skills such as plant medicine making, self-defense, and
herbal healing. Moreover, the retreat will provide a safe and supportive
environment for women to share their stories and connect with each other on a
deeper level.
Workshop offerings include classes in Leadership, Womb
Wisdom, Priestess Arts, Herbal Wisdom, Soul Purpose, Breathwork, Vocal Alchemy,
Indigenous Wisdom, Conscious Birth, Sensual Embodiment, Movement, Dance, Yoga
and more.
The GFest women retreat will be held on a beautiful property
that is surrounded by nature, offering various opportunities for hikes, walks,
and outdoor activities. Mount Shasta is known for its beautiful hiking trails,
and participants will have the chance to explore the mountain's scenic routes.
Furthermore, the surrounding forests, waterfalls, and lakes provide an ideal
setting for grounding, reflection, and spiritual attunement.
The retreat will also feature renowned speakers and teachers
who will share their wisdom and expertise on a range of topics, including
self-love, mindfulness, empowerment, and holistic health. Participants will
have the chance to attend seminars and talks, ask questions, and engage in
meaningful discussions. Being in the presence of like-minded women, who are
passionate about personal growth, can further fuel participants' personal
journeys and provide them with a sense of community and support.
In the evenings, enjoy the soul stirring music of an array
of talented artists here to uplift your spirit, open your heart, raise the
vibration and get your hips moving on the dance floor.
We offer select Vendors with beautiful items, delicious
vegan & vegetarian meals crafted with love by Sidra’s Organic Kitchen, as
well as a Kids Zone with activities and support for Mamas.
History
G-Fest was birthed in 2017 by Executive
Producer Mikayla Lev as a women-led musical celebration at EarthStar –
a private residence in Mount Shasta.
With inspiration from the Goddess and community support, it
grew into a larger gathering with the addition of ceremonies and workshops
focused on women’s healing, expression, personal growth, leadership, and
empowerment – from a one day event to a whole weekend transformational
experience produced by a team of women.
G-Fest is unique for having a retreat-like setting with a
festival atmosphere. Based in Mount Shasta, our focus on creating a
transformational experience is deeply supported by being in the mountain’s
vortex.
