This Sunday, we'll explore some basics of contact, and
the mechanics of a few lifts, and if we get to it the joy of table positions.
As I introduce, and figure out the different "shelves" we can rest on
in contact dance, and find time to play, explore, and also bring some formal
lift-mechanics to our consciousness.
Please arrive at 7:30 pm to enjoy this gentle easing into
the Ecstatic Dance at 8. There is space for connection, and movement together
in contact, arrive ready to appreciate this joy and aliveness.
