Join us for a special evening exploring the wisdom of the
body and its role in the awakening process.
Long denied, avoided and misunderstood, our bodies have a
profound wisdom and an essential role in awakening. The old way is to escape
the human body, to deny its pleasures, transcend its impermanence and to be
ignorant of its intelligence. The new way is enlightenment THROUGH the body -
understanding and living its wisdom, intuition, bliss and vibrant aliveness.
This evening will include body-oriented meditation,
somatic movement and experience, and inquiry into the body's transformative
wisdom.
And of course, community, connection and tea!
